We offer programs for all age levels and ability because we know that football brings people together and promotes team work like no other sport.
Official NFL FLAG LEAGUES
Finger Lakes Football is the official partner of NFL FLAG FOOTBALL. Our leagues are for players that want to be part of a competitive team, have a coach, and play games against other teams. Leagues are divided by age, experience, and desired competitive level. Our top competitive league will compete in the national NFL Flag tournament. Coming spring 2026.

Training Camps

Our trainign camps designed for boys and girls aged 7 to 14 who are eager to learn the fundamentals of the game, improve their skills, and make new friends in a supportive, encouraging environment. Whether your player is a complete beginner or looking to take their abilities to the next level, our clinic is a perfect opportunity to nurture a love for the sport.
